We do not store credit card or payment details. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

4. データの保管とセキュリティ

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in Singapore (ap-southeast-1 region). We use the following security measures:

Encryption in transit: HTTPS / TLS 1.3
Encryption at rest: AES-256
Row-level security on all database tables
Access controls and authentication requirements

We share data with the following trusted third parties to operate our service:

Supabase - Database and authentication hosting (Singapore)
Anthropic (Claude API) - AI response generation. Your conversation content is processed but not stored by Anthropic for training purposes under our API agreement.
Stripe - Payment processing
Vercel - Website hosting (edge network)
Resend - Transactional email delivery

6. お客様の権利

You have the right to:

Access - Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction - Update or correct your personal information
Export - Download all your data in JSON format
Deletion - Delete your account and all associated data
Withdrawal - Withdraw consent for data processing

7. データの保持

Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
Cancelled subscriptions: Data retained for 2 years
Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request
AI conversation logs: Retained for 1 year then archived

9. 子供のプライバシー

RaiseReady is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor has registered, we will delete their account immediately.

10. 海外ユーザー

RaiseReady is governed by Malaysian law (PDPA 2010). EU users are also protected under GDPR principles. Indonesian users: data is stored in Singapore in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of RaiseReady after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
