By accessing or using RaiseReady ("the Service"), operated by E Stream Media Empire (Registration No. 202503285666), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. 서비스의 성격

RaiseReady is an educational business planning tool. We provide AI-assisted goal planning, milestone tracking, and funding readiness assessment for SME owners.

RaiseReady is NOT:

A licensed financial advisor or investment advisor
A fundraising or crowdfunding platform
A loan broker or financial intermediary
A securities dealer or capital markets service provider

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

3. 사용자의 책임

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI suggestions
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
You must not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
You must keep your account credentials confidential

4. 가입 및 결제

4.1 계획

RaiseReady offers Free, PLUS, PRO, and MAX subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

4.2 무료 평가판

PLUS plans include a 7-day free trial. PRO and MAX plans include a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 취소

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

4.4 환불

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of first charge. To request a refund, contact admin@estreamedia.my within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4.5 가격 변화

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any price increase.

AI suggestions do not replace professional advice
You must verify important information with qualified professionals
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions

6. 지적재산권

The RaiseReady platform, brand, and content are owned by E Stream Media Empire. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Data and content you input into RaiseReady remains your property. AI-generated reports and plans created using your data may be used freely by you for your business purposes.

7. 책임의 제한

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RaiseReady.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. 서비스 가용성

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, AI errors, or data loss due to technical failures.

9. 계정 해지

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will provide 7 days notice except in cases of serious violations. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. 준거법

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

11. 약관 변경

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
