By using RaiseReady, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

Account information such as email address, display name, and optional profile details.
Business information such as company name, industry, business stage, goals, timelines, financial overview, and uploaded documents where available.
Usage data such as AI conversation history, feature usage, device/browser information, and security logs.
Phone and WhatsApp contact details, country code, contact preferences, and consent records used for account support, onboarding, subscription, billing, and optional marketing messages where you opt in.
Payment records are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve RaiseReady.
To personalize AI planning, roadmap, document, and milestone features.
To process subscriptions, send service notices, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your business data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train public AI models.

4. Storage, security, and service providers

Data is stored with trusted cloud providers using encryption, access controls, and authentication safeguards. We use providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and AI API providers only to operate the service.

5. Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. To make a privacy request, contact admin@estreamedia.my.

AI voice guide

You will speak with an AI voice assistant. Audio is processed by an AI service. Do not say passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, identity numbers, or other sensitive information.

Raw audio is not stored by default. Anonymous transcripts are session-only and are cleared when the session ends. Authenticated transcripts are not saved by default. You can use text or stop at any time.
