2. Nature of service

RaiseReady is an educational funding readiness and business planning platform for SME owners. It helps users organize goals, readiness gaps, milestones, documents, and AI-generated planning drafts.

RaiseReady is not a bank, funding platform, loan broker, licensed financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, auditor, accountant, listing sponsor, or approval guarantee service.

3. User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
You are responsible for business decisions made using the service.
You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or use RaiseReady for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and AI content

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to the plan and checkout terms shown to you. AI outputs are for planning and education only and may contain errors or incomplete assumptions.

5. Liability, law, and contact
